Creation and Delivery

Every piece is designed and handmade to order in Berlin - crafted especially for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for creation before shipping.

Once completed, delivery takes within

Germany: usually 1-3 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days (depending on destination)

Worldwide: We are preparing worldwide shipping. Stay tuned - it´s almost here!

All orders are shipped with DHL, providing secure and trackable delivery.

A Thoughtful Process

Because each gemstone item is individually made, we kindly ask that you place an order only if you truly feel the piece is right for you. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping, protects the environment , and ensures that every creation is made with purpose and care.

If you wish to make a change after placing your order, please reach out to us at orders@dedication-berlin.com as soon as possible.

Once the creation process has begun, adjustments may no longer be possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it’s on its way, including your tracking number.

Payment

We accept PayPal, credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely encrypted.

Duties & Taxes

Orders within the EU are shipped without additional customs fees.

For destinations outside the EU, local duties or taxes may apply.

Returns

You may return your jewelry within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Our jewelry is made to last - crafted from rhodium-plated sterling silver, genuine gemstones, and natural pearls.

Rhodium plating is a luxury finish used by high-end jewelers: it enhances durability, resists tarnish, and keeps silver´s brilliance intact for years. Its luminous, mirror-like shine elevates each piece into something truly timeless.

To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering or exercising, and storing it in its protective pouch when not in use.
