Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia (or Czech Republic), Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,19 € per order.

From an order value of 150,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

All EU countries: 15€

Switzerland: 20€

From an order value of 200,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Please note: For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hinweis: Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU (z. B. Schweiz) können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen. Diese Kosten trägt der Kunde.

Delivery periods

Every piece is designed and handmade to order in Berlin - crafted especially for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for creation before shipping.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Payment

Please note: In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged. All prices are final.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel the same connection when it reaches you.

If for any reason it is not as expected, items may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal.

Pieces must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

As a small business, we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully. Orders placed only for trying on are discouraged, as every return puts an unnecessary strain on resources.
